In this design project IFS Design worked out the exterior and interior in collaboration with Voith Engineering Services GmbH. One characteristic of this metro vehicle is that it operates autonomously and for the purposes of evacuation if necessary, the entire front must be able to be opened which in turn has implications for the vehicle design.
